Join us for a transformative 90-minute session that begins with a calming guided meditation, followed by a 60-minute sound bath featuring live violin and crystal singing bowls. The resonant tones of the violin, combined with the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls, promote deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
As you enter a meditative state, a Reiki practitioner will offer gentle energy healing to support emotional release and inner balance. The session will conclude with a debriefing, giving you time to reflect on your experience and integrate the healing energy.
